• Automatic lock stitch curtain hemming machine
• Equipped with high speed Juki 1-needle lock stitch machine with adjustable top/bottom feed machine.
• Complete with two multifunctional, easily exchangeable air injection hemmers to produce perfect single- and double-hems up to a maximum width of 120 mm. An extended puller, allowing to make hems up to 180 mm, is available as an option.
• Sewing unit is electrically removable to ease threading, cleaning and maintenance.
• Start/stop drawstrings placed over the full length of the frame provide an important contribution to the efficiency of the machine and the ergonomics for the operator.
• Simple and user-friendly operation.
• Special hemmers with compressed air injection guarantee an impeccable hemming quality, even when wide hems in thin and transparent fabrics are desired.
• Compact, slim type, space saving frame with fully synchronised, 550 cm long conveyor belt simplifies the handling of large and heavy curtains.
• Machine available with many accessories, including exchangeable pneumatic fabric guidance system to use the machine as a pattern matching panel joiner; edge guide system to enable the user to sew tunnels in blinds and shades; and tape feed to sew pleat tapes.
