About eisenkolb DCP 2300 - Double Needle Conveyor Sewing Machine
- Equipped with Brother high-speed universal double-needle lock stitch machine with needle and puller-feed. Needle spacing per customer specifications.
- Complete with tape feed and guide for perfect application of pleat tape and/or ripple fold/wave tape.
- Equipped with edge guide and/or folder for simple positioning of tape in relation to the curtain.
- Sewing unit is electrically removable to ease threading, cleaning and maintenance.
- Start/stop drawstrings placed over the full length of the frame provide an important contribution to the efficiency of the machine and the ergonomics for the operator.
- Compact, space-saving frame, equipped with a synchronised conveyor belt with a length of 550 cm.
- Simple and user-friendly operation.
- Optional: Extended puller to process hems up to a width of 180 mm.
- Production capacity: 70 – 80 panels per hour (average panel length 140 cm)*.
